May 6, 2009 - Seismic Stands Up Data Management Practice
Over the last few years the technological advancements within the database field have really taken off. We anticipate these advancements will increasingly influence the secure cyber solutions we offer our customers. We have taken proactive measures to position ourselves as thought-leaders in this field. We are pleased to announce that Seismic is standing up a Data Solutions practice with an emphasis on security and persistence. We have recently made two strategic hires, Ryan Shevchik and Wayne Wheeles to help build our practice. Ryan and Wayne have both been actively involved in the use and development of many of these new technologies.
April 30, 2009 - Seismic Director of Staffing to be named Young AFCEANs President
Beth Sheehy, Seismic’s Director of Staffing, was sworn in on April 30th as the President of the Young AFCEAN (YAC ) Central MD chapter. She previously served in a role as the Vice President. The YAC describes itself as “a great way for young professionals to give back to their community, grow professionally and enhance careers” and it can be visited at http://www.afceacmd.org.
