MISSION - Always focused on and driven to achieve our customers’ missions. We understand the challenges that face our customers and the issues that they are trying to address. We focus relentlessly to solve their problems, and with urgency, but we don’t just try to solve their current problems. We look for ways to identify and solve future problems that they may not have considered. We also look for ways to make our customers’ jobs easier.
INNOVATION - Being creative and anticipating ways to strengthen our customers’ information advantage. We aren’t only in the business of maintaining their advantage, but we are also in the business of strengthening their advantage. We not only provide technical solutions that are consistent with best practices, but we define and create best practices. We innovate by developing thought-leadership materials and prototypes, and we don’t believe that a problem is too big to solve or that there is no-solution. We passionately believe that there is ALWAYS a solution since we are intelligent and driven to seek out and present answers.
ETHICS and INTEGRITY - Doing the “right thing” even when it’s difficult. Sometimes doing the right thing comes at a cost to the company, but it is always best to operate with ethics and integrity. Integrity is about being the same person day in and day out, even when no one else is looking.
LEARNING - Always growing and developing both the individual and the company. Development is a shared responsibility by both employees and their managers and it is expected that employees take advantage of the company’s education and training benefits. But…it is not enough to just develop the individual; each employee has an obligation to develop the company and make it a better place to work.
ACCOUNTABILITY - Taking responsibility for one’s actions. Each employee is responsible for putting Seismic values into action. Seismic encourages and rewards positive contributions, and each employee has a responsibility to coach and mentor anyone who is not demonstrating our core values.
